We specialize in the development of powered-land and powered-shell data center origination, creating scalable, energy-ready infrastructure for hyperscalers, colocation providers, and other data center owners and operators.

Headquartered in Madrid, Spain, Green Bay Data Centers has an active presence and project-development pipeline across Spain, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, Switzerland, Poland, and the Nordic region, including Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

By 2035, we aim to originate and develop a 1–2 GW pipeline of powered-land and powered-shell data center capacity across Europe.

We originate and advance strategically located sites by securing land, power capacity, grid connection pathways, permitting, and fiber connectivity — and can deliver either development-ready land or purpose-built shells with the core power and connectivity infrastructure in place.

This approach lets customers accelerate deployment while retaining flexibility to complete and customize the interior electrical, mechanical, cooling, and IT infrastructure to their own technical and operational requirements.
